Before you can use your cart and proceed in ordering it is necessary to register, filling the form ( you may click on the “not registered account” to fill the form or access directly from here).
Once registration is made and activated you may use the cart , save an order or proceed with purchase.

Registration does not require you you place an order .

During goods consignment at our warehouse , it will be possible to pay the order
- by credit card ( Visa o MasterCard)
- supply copy of the bank payment remittance ( pls note we shall release the goods only if our bank
account have been already credited for the amount)- cash
Orders already entered or saved are all indicated in “order status page” ( you may access it from home page in the login section or access it directly from here ).
Orders will always have a progressive number and a one of following status :
- A : Open
- Payment proceeding not yet terminated
- B : Waiting for bank remittance
- Waiting remittance ( order cannot be modified any longer )
- E : Shipped
- order have been shipped
- N : Not Shipped yet
- Order have been entered but is waiting to be shipped
- R : Payment at our warehouse
- Order have been entered , and payment procedure shall be finalised during delivery at WIS warehouse
- P : Settled
- Order regularly paid and closed (order cannot be modified any longer)
- W : Payment error
- Error in payment proceeeding have been identified (credit card or Paypal)
- X : Cancelled
- Order that had payment transaction started by customer and then cancelled by customer
- Y : Waiting answer
- Order that with Paypal payment method, that is waiting transaction confirmation from Paypal
It is possible to reopen an open order (A) also in future in a second step and to continue purchase in case also modifying products and quantity.
Orders already paid or shipped can be reopened in order to reorder same items.Entering an order already sent it will be possible to verify updates on oroder status , payment status and delivery informations ( shipping data, tracking number) and also it will be possible to download pdf format invoice.
